Vintage Car Content Evening

Cost of the shoot is $100. This cost helps cover the costs for props,, vendors, and attire. This will be a rain or shine event (there are covered areas in case of rain) This event is non-refundable. If you cannot make it, you may try to sell your ticket. If the event is to be canceled due to severe weather or unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a full refund.
What’s included?

- 3 models total (1 solo editorial female, 1 real bridal couple)
- 2 vintage cars provided by Top Hat Rides
- Champagne Pop with bridal couple
- Golden Hour/Blue Hour (highly recommend bringing a flash for dusk)
- Time for headshots/branding photos (optional)
The Concepts
We will have very similar, or exact outfits, and 2 vintage cars
The Location
Rooftop Garage just outside of downtown Charlotte, NC. Exact location will be provided in photographer group chat.
this rooftop is one of my personal favorites, it has two sides, and a middle section that blocks the sides. So the other shoot that is happening will not get in the way. There is a beautiful view of the Charlotte skyline, among other things.
I have personally modeled, and shot at this location many times!
The Models
please understand that this can easily change if someone isn’t able to make it, but we will always find replacements! images of the models do not belong to me.

How the day will go:
The shoot will start at 5:00 PM. Photographer grouping will begin 10 minutes prior.
There will be 10 photographers total, we will be splitting into 2 groups of 5.
First set will begin in the covered area just below the top deck (if it’s still too bright for the rooftop). At 6:00 PM we will take models and cars to the top. Sunset will be 7:15 PM and we will start a free-for-all shoot at 7:00PM. Until then PLEASE stay in your groups so everyone can get shots without overcrowding.
Branding photos can happen if/when you want them to
You can use any location on the top of the rooftop garage during the free-for-all. If it rains, we will stay down in the covered level. IMPORTANT: All cars must park in lower levels and take the elevator/stairs up so we can get the best shots! No one likes photoshop THAT much. 😂
